I'm honestly not sure how to review this, since I didn't really try it as it is. I made this vegan pie/cheesecake like dessert, which everyone liked, but I didn't, to be honest. Not sure if it was from the tofu or the recipe. Anyway, texture was ok, very much like other silken tofus I've tried. Nothing too special really. Try it in hearty dishes, there the taste is more unrecognizable if that is what you didn't like. It makes for great spreads or as an egg replacement š
