I am having a hard time lately to find a silken tofu around me and this was the only one I managed to get from V-delivery , who now cancelled chilled deliveries to Bulgaria and I'm unsure where I'll get most of my vegan products from 😥 This tofu was good, it seems to be more fit for desserts than for cooking, аs it is really soft and breaks apart easily. I've found other silken tofu which are a bit more firm, but this did the job well. I made a Bulgarian mish-mash with it, the tofu replacing the egg and it worked beautifully 😊 #veganin2023 #veganinbulgaria #silkentofu #veganisnotscary
