It is so hard to find alfalfa sprouts in Birmingham! But luckily Sainsbury’s carry these tasty guys. I love adding these to sandwiches and salads. Great flavor and crunch. My mom used to tell me to eat my alfalfa because it would help me “grow hair on (my) chest” 🤣 I would yell “but I’m a girl!”. Prepackaged sprouts, quite easy to just grow at home but don’t have any at the moment and fancied some in my salad. Marked vegan (obviously).
These really jazzed up our lunchtime salads, the texture is fab, and they’re so fresh! I’ll definitely buy them again, they’re not super cheap but they really improve a meal
