It is so hard to find alfalfa sprouts in Birmingham! But luckily Sainsbury’s carry these tasty guys. I love adding these to sandwiches and salads. Great flavor and crunch. My mom used to tell me to eat my alfalfa because it would help me “grow hair on (my) chest” 🤣 I would yell “but I’m a girl!”. As an alfalfa loving adult, I have yet to gain a hairy chest 🤣
