Decidedly not good.

It's probably the coconut, because it's always the coconut, but this has a

really wonky flavor with a horrible mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste. It's very gluey and doesn't have quite enough cheesy flavor. I think you'd be better off making some nooch noodles if you're looking for a quick pasta fix.

This is a frozen ready meal with the minimum amount of non-recyclable packaging and it’s

actually fantastic. The taste is not strong and, importantly, not uncanny. The texture is fantastic! Cooks in about 8 minutes from frozen. Would work well as a side. This is a B corp as well.
