I know this is a frozen meal and it’s naughty but it’s great comfort food and this didn’t disappoint. Very creamy and delicious. Great as a side or add some veggies. The company itself is certified B corporation so is transparent and accountable.

This Creamy Mac by Strong Roots—a #bcorp company👏 —is yummy! After trying one of these for my first time, I’ve since bought more at Grocery Outlet and really enjoy them. They come frozen and are meant to me microwaved, but I just empty them out of their paper container box (love that it’s not plastic!) and heat them up on the stove after adding a little oil to the pan. The serving size is perfect and not too little, and I of course add peas 🫛 to mine. I’ve tried both the Creamy Mac and the Chipotle Mac, and both are delicious. One package of these offers 9g of #protein , 136mg of #potassium , 34mg of #calcium , and 1.4mg of #iron . I definitely recommend trying this brands mac if you see it! This is a frozen ready meal with the minimum amount of non-recyclable packaging and it’s actually fantastic. The taste is not strong and, importantly, not uncanny. The texture is fantastic! Cooks in about 8 minutes from frozen. Would work well as a side. This is a B corp as well.
