Great Tofu~ It cooked very well into breakfast burrito scramble, and lasted me the rest of the week~ A great protein to add to your meal.

I’m a fan of extra firm #tofu. I’ve found most brands I’ve tried to be similar. They all have a fairly nondescript taste which allows us to add our own flavors and this Extra Firm #Organic Tofu from Sprouts is no exception. It’s great as a side, in salads, and as tofu “eggs” whether scrambled or fried. So versatile! And it’s a great vegan protein source. I also love that most brands are usually just $2-3 per package. #abillion #veganin2021
This has a great texture and consistency. It can be baked, fried, or used in a tofu salad. It tastes great with some added herbs and spices or in a marinade.
Tofu i used for the miso... the firmer the better 😜
