I’m a fan of extra firm #tofu. I’ve found most brands I’ve tried to be similar. They all have a fairly nondescript taste which allows us to add our own flavors and this Extra Firm #Organic Tofu from Sprouts is no exception. It’s great as a side, in salads, and as tofu “eggs” whether scrambled or fried. So versatile! And it’s a great vegan protein source.
