Few vegan options on the menu and in this area of Costa Rica ... but it was made fresh for $8.00 and i was hungry. Mashed potatoes were good with the banana for dessert
Seaweed for miso soup .. the mermaid in me adores seaweed 😋
Tofu i used for the miso... the firmer the better 😜
Vegetable broth i used to make miso soup for the first time ... broth is always comforting, even warmed up on its own
This flavor goes well with either the chickpea or cashew tortillas
Jackfruit is good and doesn't remind me of the mock meats... I recommend this brand
I like the idea of chickpea flour more than versions made with cashews/almond
