Very crunchy cereals. Perfect for breakfast. I used to eat Kellogg's and these new have less sugar so obviously the taste is different but they are very good.
These flakes feel incredibly healthy and don't taste at all sweet, even though there are three different (relatively wholesome) sweeteners in there. Best with berries or sliced banana! 🍌
