Es la crema que más me gusta por su sabor neutro y textura. Si bien esta última es un poco espesa, se va fundiendo como la crema láctea sobre los antojitos calientes. La comí con unos tacos dorados de frijol y queda excelente. Además el precio me parece competitivo y dura bastante en el refri, lo que está muy bien si no se consume más que de vez en cuando.
Tofutti vegan sour cream has been one of my household staples since my mom introduced me to a vegan diet about 15yrs ago. I love using this to make creamy sauces for pizza and pasta, my personal favorite being my moms tofu spinach lasagna. It's creamy and the perfect addition to just about any vegan meal!
It's missing the tartness of sour cream, and is a little too sweet. But it still tastes good to me, and I would repurchase if it was the only vegan option.
