Tofutti vegan sour cream has been one of my household staples since my mom introduced me to a vegan diet about 15yrs ago. I love using this to make creamy sauces for pizza and pasta, my personal favorite being my moms tofu spinach lasagna. It's creamy and the perfect addition to just about any vegan meal!
