This product tastes identical to the cruel version. I doubt anyone would be able to identify it as plant-based in a blindfolded taste-test. Just incredible. I've not had the opportunity to enjoy this taste since going vegan.

I want this to be perfect 😭 Way too runny. Did not survive the spoon test. Cow milk sour cream has body to it, you can blop it on your plate and the shape stays. This is like yogurt… salty runny yogurt. Which btw I have used in chili and it’s been a good alternative to sour cream… but when you wanna buy sour cream and you get yogurt stuff instead it’s just confusing. The soy-based sour creams in my opinion have been more of a success with texture and taste. BUT there is NO SOY in this one and that makes me happy. Other than that, nothing too special about this one unfortunately. Maybe the recipe will improve over time or idk. 🥸Ramble ramble.
