I want this to be perfect 😭 Way too runny. Did not survive the spoon test. Cow milk sour cream has body to it, you can blop it on your plate and the shape stays. This is like yogurt… salty runny yogurt. Which btw I have more

Kinda obsessed tbh. Fav cream cheese so far. Tastes great. (if you prefer- you can add more salt or salt + herbs but it doesn’t *need* it.) Thick, creamy, exact viscosity of cow milk cream cheese. This company always impresses me. 💯
Definitely a fun birthday treat! Classic frosting on top like a cake would have. Cheesecake was smooth. The sprinkles were fun and the slice in general was super cute. Crust was buttery.
