These were quite tasty! Lover the heat and the texture was amazing (see last pic). It's a little flaky and more closely resembles meat than other vegan nuggets and wings I think (not that I care for this!). Its also shaped like little chicken wings lol. Would be even more banging with a good dipping sauce to amp up the flavour and also as it's quite dry if you're eating a few of these as i did. I air fryed for 10 min and the breading turned out nice and crispy. Got a few bags of this for 50% off at a Sobey's closing sale.

#solcuisine #plantbased #plantbasedfood #vegan #veganisnotscary #veganwings #veganchicken It’s been a while since I’ve had a “hot & spicy” label that was truly hot and spicy. I loved it!! These plant-based wings were absolutely delicious. I appreciated the company’s efforts to replicate the shape of chicken wings (I say this because chicken wings are probably the only food I miss after having gone vegan, but I don’t miss them enough to cave [I’m very cognizant of what they truly are - an appendage of a sentient being]. So the shape of these plant-based wings appeal to me). I got these wings from Grocery Outlet for the ridiculously low price of $2.00 or $2.49. So I had to get a few bags. I’ve seen these at other grocery stores for at least $6. Despite not being particularly healthy, I’d still get them again without any hesitation. They contain a lot of sodium and fat, but that’s (partially?) offset by its protein and iron content. Actually, the calorie count isn’t too bad (less than 500 calories per bag - who eats only 4 pieces?).
