This price is a steep discount from the approximately $8.99 I’ve seen at other stores. Grocery Outlet always has good finds! That store always passes on the savings to its customers. These bites were certainly crispy after cooking them in a pan on the stove. They browned nicely (compare the 4th and 5th photos). The chik’n taste was phenomenal. A packet of bbq sauce was included in the bag. This sauce was tangy and I used it as salad dressing for my “chik’n bites” salad. These bites are packed with protein and iron, with a fair amount of sodium too. I will get these again, especially when they’re deeply discounted.

These chik'un bites air fry up beautifully. Crispy on the outside and a flaky texture on the inside. It is 13g of protein per serving of 4 small balls. It comes with a package of BBQ sauce but i actually just threw half of this into a pasta dish and ate the rest with some marinara sauce on another day. I'm not a huge fan of BBQ sauce so I'll let my husband use it for something else. I'm not sure of the price as my SIL saw a bunch of vegan products heavily discounted at a Sobey's closing sale and picked this up for us.
