This was my first time trying a dairy free ice cream so I figured I

should try a classic flavour first to see how it tastes "plain". This was really good and I didn't find that it tasted TOO much like coconut (yay!), just good ol vanilla. But it could be because I had it was another strong flavour masking the coconut a bit ..

I had it with apple crumble last week and tonight I grilled some peaches glazed with cinnamon and maple syrup. Both paired nicely with this ice cream!

I also recently got the checkout 51 app which had a $3 cash back at Walmart for this!

This is a simple, basic, good vanilla ice cream that lends itself well to being

paired with something such as fresh fruit or pie/cake. Maybe you'll think it's too basic to stand alone but I love that it doesn't try to bomb your mouth with sugar or vanilla. And again, this company is slaying the texture. It feels like ice cream without oiling down your mouth with excessive use of emulsifiers & gums. 10/10

Yum! So it’s just plain old #vanilla — nothing super innovative — but this basic

#ditchdairy pint still definitely registers as one of my favorites. There’s a discernible coconut note swirling beneath the speckles of vanilla bean, so it may not be ideal for members of abillion’s coconut-avoidant cadre. What really set it apart for me was the texture: I have to commend So Delicious here, because they totally nailed it! It was wonderfully creamy and much smoother than any coconut-based ice cream I’ve tried before. The truly indulgent experience was unperturbed by both iciness and gumminess, the common pitfalls of many a vegan ice cream. I would absolutely get this one again!

Simply one of the best vegan vanilla ice creams and it pairs perfectly with apple

pie! It’s creamy, strong on vanilla and doesn’t freeze like a rock, meaning you don’t have to thaw as you do other plant ice creams. #uplandspeak

I liked the idea that this had no added sugar, but it was oddly crumbly.

I won’t be buying this again.
