Review of Vanilla Bean Coconutmilk Icecream - So Delicious Dairy Free by kyu

Yum! So it’s just plain old #vanilla — nothing super innovative — but this basic #ditchdairy pint still definitely registers as one of my favorites. There’s a discernible coconut note swirling beneath the speckles of vanilla bean, so it may not be ideal for members of abillion’s coconut-avoidant cadre. What really set it apart for me was the texture: I have to commend So Delicious here, because they totally nailed it! It was wonderfully creamy and much smoother than any coconut-based ice cream I’ve tried before. The truly indulgent experience was unperturbed by both iciness and gumminess, the common pitfalls of many a vegan ice cream. I would absolutely get this one again!
