So Delicious Mozzarella Cheese

I tried this vegan mozzarella cheese on pizza and the taste was good. I was disappointed though since it did not melt well at all. It came out very crispy. A lot of the competing brands have mozzarella cheese that melts so well now. I can’t say I recommend this product just yet, but I am hoping that it will improve. I am willing to try this again in the future. 💚 #vegan #plantbased

These mozzarella shreds were put in with my rotini with spicy spaghetti sauce. I think they contributed to an overall good flavor. I didn't notice them melting well as the back of the package suggests. I may purchase again if they are on sale.

 thanks to abillion, I am trying every style, flavor, and brand of cheese on the market. Vegan cheese has come a very long way. The shreds didn't have the funky aftertaste that vegan cheese used to always have. They also taste more like cheese and melt nicely. I think daiya is my favorite brand for this type but this one is still pretty good! it melted nicely on my soup last night. #vegancheese #nongmo

Tastes good right out of the pack and does melt well in the sense that it doesnt turn into an oil or gel, but trying to eat it warm/melted is like eating glue: both of these factors is probably due to the use of potato starch. Once the cheese has re-cooled and solidified it's pretty good.

Melts well. Has a more mild flavor that is not unlike mozzarella and does not have a plastic after taste like many vegan cheeses after melting.
