This quinoa rice blend made for a great base for my sauté bowl I made

tonight. I was just throwing stuff together- some tempeh, broccoli, mushrooms, kale, onions - and decided it needed something extra and this was it. turned out delicious.
I find it useful to always have some rice on hand - quick and easy to cook up and it enhances the meal.

I'm thankful these exist. Organic whole grains microwave ready. Being disabled I need ready made

meals. Sometimes I mix it with beans and microwave it in a separate dish. I add them to salads and all sort of savory bowl meals.
