I'm not the biggest nutritional yeast fan and no, I don't think it adds a
"cheesy flavor" like many vegan recipe blogs state.
But if a recipe calls for it. I'll add it for some added B12. I like this brand, and the jar lasts me awhile.
The lightest yet most filling post-dinner/post-dessert snack! I was so hesitant the first time I
tried nutritional yeast, but now I add it to anything I want a little cheesy. This one doesn’t taste different from any other nutritional yeast I’ve used, but the top is convenient with its tiny shame/big pour options.
I use it on pizza and pasta but don't taste the nutty flavor. Don't taste
anything, it's just a nutritional supplement. A damn good one. My only complaint is the paper wrapper doesnt come off easily when it's gone and time to recycle. #nongmo #glutenfree #nosugar
