A very delicious and #healthy bread. I like to freeze bread the day I get
it so it will last longer as I don’t eat a whole loaf in a week. It’ll be good for up to 6 months in the freezer. Then, when I’m ready to eat it, I just toast it in the oven on the broiler setting, flipping when one side is toasted to my liking and toast the other side. Or I toast it on the stovetop. It’s just as fresh as the day I got it 😋 This bread is a good source of #fiber, has sprouted whole grains and a bunch of vitamins and minerals! 😊
