This mozzarella style grated cheese was pretty good! I tried it with some homemade vegan chive garlic bread (swipe for the photo) and the cheese melted really nicely, and it was really quite delicious. Didn’t melt so well on my pizza (maybe needed more time) but does well in the microwave and stays white! Nice slight cheesy taste. Would buy again
