i was pleasantly surprised with this #glutenfree pasta. it is made with #ceci & #risointegrale. i tried a few pieces without sauce - there was a slightly different flavor but the sauce hid it and the texture was good. i served it with vegan pesto, #gondinostagionato and some fresh basil from my sad little basil plant. three of us ate it and there were no complaints. #pastalover #carbsforlife
