This pasta was perfect for a summer pasta salad. I love how big they are and the walls of the rigatoni are nice and thick. Even though mezzi rigatoni is "mini rigatoni", this is still a big pasta shape! These were found at Whole Foods, so they're a bit spendier, but I will pay a premium for nice pasta noodles. I imagine these would be amazing in a cheezy pasta bake using Miyoko's Creamery liquid mozzarella, but they were also perfect for an oil-based pasta salad! They go so well with big chunks of veggies. Ottima #pasta di #semoladigranoduro. La provenienza del grano non è però ben specificata: il pacchetto indica UE e e non UE... Ovviamente #accidentallyvegan Tempo di cottura: 14 minuti.
