Rosemary is a fragrant herb used as a culinary condiment and for its potential health
benefits. This herb tastes good in dishes such as rosemary potatoes. It is a good source of iron, calcium and vitamin B6 and is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. However, very high doses are a health risk. I love it on veggies, especially on fried onions, for that extra zing!
