This is one of my favourite drinks. #organic, locally owned, made in small batches, all #natural ingredients, zero plastic, fully #recyclable can, great taste, what’s not to like? It has a perfect balance between ginger and lemon, a lovely effervescence, and a sweet kick that doesn’t taste too artificial. This was a perfect energiser before attending a good old-fashioned animal rights protest this morning and pre-soothed my throat for all the chanting I did 😁 ✊

Kombucha, like vegan cheese, is one of those things I’ve been trying and failing to get into for who knows how long. I found this 4-pack on ridiculous discount (I think it was $1.49 + CRV, #groceryoutletfinds) and decided I might as well give it another shot. And wow, I really liked it! This is a mild-tasting, effervescent beverage with minimal funk and a refreshing #ginger flavor. It is #sugarfree but tasty. The ginger-#lemon combo is delicious — almost a Moscow mule — and better still, it does an excellent job of masking the artificial sweeteners (erythritol/stevia.) I don’t know if I like all #kombucha, but I definitely enjoy Remedy! I can’t wait to check out some of their other #fermented flavors.
