As a gluten-free vegan, I love this pasta. You’d never know it’s made from lentils. It’s a pretty color too.

I was pleasantly surprised with this pasta. It held together well and had a good taste plus the added benefit of red lentils. only two ingredients - red lentil flour and organic quinoa flour.
