this was more like #stuffing than a roast. it wasn't bad. i added mushrooms to the #gravy packet that came with it. there were pleasant chunks of chestnut and it tasted like stuffing. it was on a post- holiday sale and i can't resist a sale. I think it bakes for 50 minutes and I figured as long as the oven was on, I would throw in some potatoes. i might but it again if it were on sale. #frozen #lazyvegan
Price: £3.60 (Sainsburys) I wanted a nut roast for Christmas and found this one just beforehand (lucky that nut roasts aren't fashionable 🤣). I thought it was good, but not outstanding. I really liked the taste and the nuttiness, but sometimes you'd just get these long stringy "things" that I knew was some vegetable but it wasn't clear what they were.
