this was more like #stuffing than a roast. it wasn't bad. i added mushrooms to the #gravy packet that came with it. there were pleasant chunks of chestnut and it tasted like stuffing. it was on a post- holiday sale and i can't resist a sale.
I think it bakes for 50 minutes and I figured as long as the oven was on, I would throw in some potatoes. i might but it again if it were on sale.
