Cute tricolor pasta from Gallo's ensaladas (salads) line. These little guys cooked up perfectly al dente and also held the sauce of my pasta salad. The green shape has spinach and the red has tomatos from Extremadura. Tomato and spinach flavoured pasta. I don't think you can really taste these two flavours. Best case scenario, your brain is tricked into thinking it does by the red and green colors. Apart from that, the pasta is pretty good. #veganuary
