Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Available in both Coles and Woolworths! Great as a treat after dinner or with

a GF DF brownie ☺️

SO YUM. I missed mint choc tops/mint slices. And this ice cream nails it. So

happy! Creamy and delish

Ok look, the flavour is magically minty and refreshing, the creaminess is unbelievable, and it

seems to have everything except… chocolate chips!! Maybe tiny chocolate flecks for ants but not chips, sadly. It would be perfect if I could just crunch down on a little chunk of chocolate in the ice cream, but… *sigh* PANA, we were *this* close to greatness.

Not a great fan of mint but loved the generous amount of choc bits.
