Deep fried sushi is certainly unusual. Haven’t seen anything like it. Taste is good, especially the crispy shredded sweet potato.

Best tasting vegan sushi so far is the ika maki from this plant based Mexican Peruvian fusion restaurant bar. The faux calamari and prawn, avocado, cucumber, salsa and chilli mayo sushi makes a tasty and interesting fusion more

It says vegan tuna but looks more like salmon. Nutritionally low value and expensive, bought it out of curiosity. It’s faux fish so doesn’t have smelly fish odour. I like the jelly like texture. Taste depends on the sauce more
It looks great in photos and tastes amazing. It’s not too sweet and berries and mango combination was yummy. Made from cashews and almonds, you can say vegans get their protein from dessert 😋
