I was super curious about this. Being the most sustainable alternative, it sells by that for me. About the flavor I think it would take a bit for me to get used to. But it’s still a very expensive alternative compared to other options.

I never thought I would see the day that milk is made from potatoes, but here we are. I got it as a present when ordering other things online and I was a bit skeptical at first, but it's actually quite good - quite thick, not too sweet. I used it to make a bechamel sauce and I was impressed by the result. It's quite neutral in taste, therefore very versatile and definitely better for the environment than almond milk.
I bought this as kind of novelty as I’ve never seen potato milk before, and it’s actually… ok? It’s white, creamy, smooth, slightly sweet, and then a tiny hint of instant mashed potatoes as an aftertaste. Don’t worry though, the instant mash flavour vanishes when you mix it up into a hot chocolate. Surprisingly ok! I would still prefer my oat milk, but if this was cheaper and sitting next to oat milk I would get it again for sure.
