Fav instant oatmeal for sure! Super delicious and way healthier compared to Quaker, etc. Great for a quick and nutritious breakfast. The flavors are so easy to add to; yogurt, fruit, seeds, cacao nibs. Possibilities are endless w these.
4 flavors Apple Cinnamon, Multigrain Raisin, Flax Plus and Maple nut. All good but I like the Maple Nut the best!
