I made penne bolognese with vegan mince

by naked glory the texture is amazing and so filling 🤓

Also used onion, mushroom, garlic, chopped tomatoes (tinned) reduced down with red wine and sprinkled with daiya cheddar.

Vegan kebabs made with Naked Glory mince. I have to say, this mince is insane

A great vegan mince alternative made from soya protein and wheat gluten that’s bound to

be a success with non-vegans who are experimenting.

It’s got a great meaty taste and goes well in a spaghetti #bolognese!
