Winner winner, naked glory vegan mince dinner 🍽 😍

I made penne bolognese with vegan mince by naked glory the texture is amazing and so filling 🤓

Also used onion, mushroom, garlic, chopped tomatoes (tinned) reduced down with red wine and sprinkled with daiya cheddar.

A vegan version of cooking with vegetarian Joss Stone who used quorn vegetarian mince.
