Miso Master is probably the most widespread #organic miso I have seen in the US. I've tried all their misos and I tend to enjoy the darker ones like this red miso. It depends what I use it for but I find them the best for a soup or stew. I love using this instead of salt too. The package always lasts a long time. #miso

this is my favorite miso for making soup with fresh ginger and green onions. it has a lot of flavor, but sadly only lasts just over two years past its expiration date 🤣🤣🤣 probably because it has more 'stuff' in it, including koji.

Delicious as a broth for almost any soup. Also nice addition in vinaigrettes
