Really nice organic miso! I'm still relatively new to using miso in dishes, but I

have used it in sauces, dressings, Japanese dishes, or even to increase the flavour and depth of a broth in a normal vegetable soup.

This was my first time using miso and I'm glad that I can now make

delicious miso broths on my own! This tub was way more expensive than I was expecting, but it was the only option at Whole Foods. I'm going to really have to really power through this before it goes bad. I'm also planning on trying a lobster mushroom mac and cheese recipe using it.
