I really needed #redcurrypaste for a recipe and was at Healthy Planet, so I got this, as this is all they had. It was expeeeennnsive! Like $8?! But I was lazy to go to a different store. This will last me a while, so it will be fine. I love this #brand. I usually get their Tom Yum paste. I also love how it clearly says #vegan.

A delicious red curry and love that it’s gf. Really enjoy this brand.
I made red curry noodles with this. They were delicious. It was supposed to be noodle soup, but the water thickened and it turned into pasta with sauce instead. But that wasn’t the curry pastes fault.
Overall this product was as advertised, however I really didn’t enjoy the finished product. It was extremely spicy, which is usually a good thing, but I felt like the spicy overpowered the flavor and left the dish both poorly prepared and unpleasant to consume.
Trying another product from the Mekhala range. This one is particularly tasty and I love that it’s all organic. Also, one of the co-founders happens to be my neighbor! #veganisnotscary
