I bought this when I was post-workout starving but trying not eat too many calories.
It’s filling and tastes good, and yes, I ate the whole lot (2 serves). High salt content (3.2 grams). Not overly spicy. Let’s see how long until I need a snack!

In its defence, there *IS* some spice in it. But it is still just pretty
bland and boring 🤷🏼♀️ Although it's fairly priced compared to other ready soups, I would only get this again if it was an emergency. #veganisnotscary

of a watery lentil curry than your average soup but I love a curry so that wasn't an issue for me.
(Also haven't been on this app for ageeesss, trying to get back into it for the new year! 🍾)
