Review of Souper Spicy Tomato & Lentil Soup - Marks & Spencer Food (M&S) by jot

I bought this when I was post-workout starving but trying not eat too many calories. It’s filling and tastes good, and yes, I ate the whole lot (2 serves). High salt content (3.2 grams). Not overly spicy. Let’s see how long until I need a snack!
