chop a couple to add to my oatmeal every day. They are often used as sweetener in various recipes I make. My favorite is a healthy version of gooey brownies, made with black beans and very little flour. Yum! Have made date paste too, very intense sweetness that satisfies the sugar cravings. A staple in my household.
