Funny to see a vegan brand of sausages by Linda McCartney here in Cambodia! I guess Paul is not the only one who is a vegan advocate! These were really nice! They were more like chicken sausages, with the taste and texture. A bit drier than the average sausage but not dry.

Made with rehydrated soya protein, crisped up well in the oven. Texture wise is actually reminiscent of meat :)
The original and best, saving vegans and vegetarians at Christmas for 30 years. Also can give to meat eaters who come round with no complaints. Grateful to Linda always.
