I cooked up ⬆️ this #tempeh #smokybacon by #lightlife in the airfryer and oh is

this good and pretty good for you too! Lower in #fat, #saturatedfat and great source of #fiber and #protein. #sodium🧂a little on the high side for 4 strips but definitely a nice option to have for salads,🥗 sandwiches 🥪 etc.. I used in a Buddha bowl today and believe me when I say I was snacking on them when making it 😆!! Flavor is #smoky , #salty and a tad bit #sweet too! 😋🌱🥗🙌

this tempeh was super easy to prepare! just cook on a pan for a few

mins and they’re ready. no marinade or chopping needed!

i used them for a TTLA and it was delicious. it even smells good too. the flavor and smell really reminded me of these bbq sandwiches from the gas station, ampm.

it’s made with both recognizable and protein packed ingredients. they’re great for bowls, #sandwiches, and #breakfast too.

This was a bit too sweet for me and the slices were thinner than their

other tempeh products (to resemble bacon I guess). I prefer the other flavors. It still tasted good in a salad. Got it on sale at Sprouts for $2.50.

It was okay, tasted like bacon except overly smokey but then the texture was too

rubbery instead of crispy

THE vegan bacon of the beloved TTLA sandwich! I would say cooking this requires only

a small amount of oil (not "moderate," as directions say). Made my own home version of the TTLA.
