Tempeh (Smoky Bacon)

First time trying tempeh! I’m glad I got a flavoured kind, cause I was pleasantly surprised by the smoky flavour … tasted almost like bacon. Kids liked it, too. A lot of the pieces crumbled apart, but it still got eaten up.
