Made with Belgian chocolate with pieces of ginger biscuit and stem ginger for a kick,

these ginger tiffins are firm favourites in our household. The slices are small, but they’re packed with flavour. Discovering this brand a few years ago in our then-local wholefoods shop was a real treat as the entire range of biscuits and slices have the richness and full flavour that I hadn’t encountered from other vegan options – but without being overly sweet and sickly.

✔️ packed with flavour
✖️ expensive at £3.49 for 5 small slices

Full of flavour, and gluten free too! Defintely recommend

Melts just a little bit too quickly in contact with fingers, considering that I like

to take my time when indulging my #sweettooth 😛 The mix of crunchiness from the biscuit + chewiness from the #raisins (#raisingang 🙌) was a nice touch to this #chocoholic treat ☺️

What a fascinating cookie brownie treat! 😻 My mom brought this back from the UK

I think the packaging describes it very well:
‘A truly decadent slice: shortbread pieces are tumbled with succulent sultanas into chocolate ganache and smothered with hand-decorated Belgian dark chocolate.’ Lots of interesting textures from the crunchy biscuit to the chewy sultanas and smooth chocolate.

They describe their mission as follows: ‘to create irresistible gluten-free, milk-free and egg-free vegan/plant-based goodies, hand-baked with love. We use the very best ingredients in our own dedicated allergen-friendly bakery - because we think everyone deserves the occasional treat, especially when they're as joyfully delicious as ours.’ I think this is lovely

I really enjoyed these :) no idea what it cost and with our scary exchange rate I wouldn’t want to know 😂
