Made with Belgian chocolate with pieces of ginger biscuit and stem ginger for a kick, these ginger tiffins are firm favourites in our household. The slices are small, but they’re packed with flavour. Discovering this brand a few years ago in our then-local wholefoods shop was a real treat as the entire range of biscuits and slices have the richness and full flavour that I hadn’t encountered from other vegan options – but without being overly sweet and sickly.
