Koyo ramen has now officially overtaken my former Trader Joe’s ramen obsession—because those noodles are
too damn good!
While this wasn’t my favorite flavor of the products they offer, the buckwheat (mixed with your standard wheat) was unique and deliciously nutty. The garlic pieces stood out the most out of all the flavors. I added some homegrown joi choi to my dish this time 🥬
got this product of China for #NationalRamenDay. a package has 7 grams protein, 2
grams fiber, half gram saturated fat, 10% dV Iron, 740 mg Sodium (which is too much).

As with the other 2 flavors I've tried this was bland despite the 740mg of
sodium. Ramen tastes better and is a third of the price.
