Buckwheat Shoyu by KoyoJessyca's Review (Mar 10, 2021)

Koyo ramen has now officially overtaken my former Trader Joe’s ramen obsession—because those noodles are too damn good!

While this wasn’t my favorite flavor of the products they offer, the buckwheat (mixed with your standard wheat) was unique and deliciously nutty. The garlic pieces stood out the most out of all the flavors. I added some homegrown joi choi to my dish this time 🥬
