Whoa! I can’t believe that this stuff is made of #almondmilk. I was hardly expecting
the luscious, pillowy, whipped texture of this cream cheese; it yielded unresistingly to my butter knife and spread smoothly, like an absolute dream. As with other Kite Hill products, it’s ever-so-slightly sour (due to the fermentation); I think I noticed this aspect more because it was my first time trying one of their sweet products, though it by no means detracted from my experience. It’s truly incredible — somehow this spread really does taste like warmly spiced #pumpkin pie filling; it made my (accidentally scorched) bagel taste just like dessert. Despite the indulgent experience, it’s not nutritionally horrible, either! And the best part? It was a cool $0.99 at Grocery Outlet.
